These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the BusEscape mobile game (the "Game") provided by BusEscape ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. The Game is licensed to you, not sold.
2. Virtual items
Coins, boosters and other rewards in the Game ("Virtual Items") can only be used in the Game. They have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred. We may change the amount, function or availability of Virtual Items to keep the Game balanced.
Your progress and Virtual Items are stored on your device. If you uninstall the Game, switch devices or reset your device, they may be lost and might not be recoverable.
3. Purchases
In-app purchases (such as the No Ads pack) are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to that store's terms. Refund requests are handled under the store's refund policy. You can reactivate permanent purchases with "Restore Purchases". Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
4. Ads
The Game is free and contains ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional, and the reward is granted once the ad has finished. If an ad can't be shown, for example without a connection, the reward may not be granted. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
5. Rules of use
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots or software that modifies the Game,
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Game, except where the law expressly allows it,
- Abuse the ad system (for example, by generating fake impressions or clicks),
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
All content of the Game, including its name, logo, graphics, 3D models, characters, sounds and software, belongs to BusEscape or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms give you no rights other than those expressly stated.
7. Privacy
Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Updates and availability
We may update the Game, add or remove content, or discontinue it entirely. We don't guarantee that the Game will always be available or free of errors.
9. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game, including loss of data or progress. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the past 12 months. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
11. Termination
Your license ends automatically if you breach these Terms. You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Apple and Google
These Terms are between you and us only. Apple and Google are not parties to them and have no support or warranty obligations for the Game. If you use the Game on an Apple device, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version takes effect when it is posted on this page. Continuing to use the Game after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
